The purpose of Granite State South Board of REALTORS® is to provide REALTOR® members with access to tools necessary to deliver real estate services in an ethical and proficient manner.
ABOUT GRANITE STATE SOUTH BOARD OF REALTORS®
Founded in 1974, The Granite State South Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (GSSBR) provides an avenue for education, research, and the exchange of information among its members and is a valued source of real estate related information for the public and local government.
GSSBR is a trade organization whose members pledge themselves to provide real estate services in accordance with the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics.
Our commitment to the community we serve is to be a knowledgeable conduit of local real estate information, to work within the community to preserve the rights of individual home ownership and widen the opportunity to enjoy it, and to support our community through the efforts of our community service activities. GSSBR offers its members support in many aspects of real estate services including office, legislative, and agency.
GSSBR's territorial jurisdiction covers Rockingham County and parts of Hillsborough County, including Atkinson, Brentwood, Chester, Danville, Derry, East Kingston, Epping, Fremont, Hampstead, Kingston, Londonderry, Newton, Pelham, Plaistow, Raymond, Salem, Sandown, and Windham.
Primary members of GSSBR also hold membership with the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® (NHAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). GSSBR members also receive a discounted membership to NNEREN, which is a multiple listings service in New Hampshire.
GSSBR's office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
